Very comfortable and holds well for hours of activity. Easy to adjust although the strap does rub after bended-knee activity for a while. Really easy to put on and tighten to your preference.

I like the silicone part of the brace, especially the light pink color which blends in with my skin. However, the Velcro strap is cheaply made and the edges too sharp and cut into my skin, I have to use other straps from a different brand to replace them.
