Ill be honest with y'all, i didnt put a lot of faith in any patellar support straps. But ive started rollerskating more and my knees ache afterwards so i thought id try it. If you asked me yesterday id tell you that my resting knee is non-painful. Ive been so wrong. Today i tried on the strap just to see how it fits and WHOOSH my knee was STABLE. At first i was annoyed to realize i had bought one strap and not a pair - however the instant i put the first one on i bought the second happily. Very comfortable and holds well for hours of activity. Easy to adjust although the strap does rub after bended-knee activity for a while. Really easy to put on and tighten to your preference.
